In TimeTec Patrol, you can add an outsider (Non TimeTec user) to the Emergency Contact list for any patrol location. Once they have been added, these contacts can also be assigned as an Incident Notification Recipient (e.g. for SOS Alert).
When you add the Emergency Contact, a verification email will be sent to their email address. In April, we have added a pop-up message to remind Admins so that they will need to request the contact person to verify their email. This is important as the system will only send notification emails to verified email addresses. |
