In May, we introduced a new feature for Checkpoint Scan known as the GPS Geofence. Using this feature you can choose to set a geofence (virtual boundary) around each checkpoint and subsequently, guards will only be able perform scans if only they are patrolling within the configured parameter area. This option is available for both NFC and Beacon checkpoints and provides assurance that the guards were physically present at the required locations.
To use this feature, refer to the notes below:
